My last 2 vehicles were purchased through a broker in light of all my negative experiences with various dealerships……Koeppel Mazda proved to be the proverbial Breath Of Fresh Air…..from my initial contac light of all my negative experiences with various dealerships……Koeppel Mazda proved to be the proverbial Breath Of Fresh Air…..from my initial contact with Cynthia to my salesman Bruce Rojas who was great..he took the ball and ran with it…and his endgame was awesome even following up after the purchase..to his manager Ray who was true to his word to Tom , the financial expert who closed the deal and provided additional options and info ..Koeppel Mazda was such a pleasure to do business with….they understood what a huge expenditure purchasing a new vehicle is and acted accordingly which translates to professionalism and honesty….they were all personable and sincere…..in closing, the facility itself was 5 Star…..modern, immaculate and upscale ….I highly recommend this dealership not only for the experience but the CX-5 premium turbo, my first Mazda, is an amazing SUV….but don’t take my word for it…head down to Koeppel Mazda and be prepared for one excellent experience More

Be cautions if visiting this dealership, especially if you're a female. I made an appointment online to test drive a car and when I arrived, the salesperson wanted a great deal of personal information. I you're a female. I made an appointment online to test drive a car and when I arrived, the salesperson wanted a great deal of personal information. I provided my telephone number and a copy of my license. When the salesperson started typing my address into his computer, I asked why he needed to do this. He called a manager over, Ray, and Ray told me before test driving they need my information. I indicated that I understood that and provided my telephone number and a copy of my license and inquired why they needed my address in their computer. The salesperson was going to test drive with me. Ray responded, "for none of your business." I left before test driving. I can't imagine speaking to another human being that way, let alone when you're in customer service and the person merely asked a question about how their contact information would be used. All he had to do was explain or even indicate, why don't we just look at the car because to test drive I'm going to need your information for such and such reason. It was appalling. I get that the market is good for the dealer right now, but treat people with some humanity and also realize that the car market is cyclical and soon you'll need to work for customers. More
