Service director Carlos is a jerk with a napoleon complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’m grateful that the factory warranty covered the repairs, but each time was a huge inconvenience. These higher ups sit at a desk all day and push papers but don’t read them. They are uneducated about the cars they’re selling and repairing. It’s counterproductive and sad. Carlos had Ray tell me that “this is the last time we’re covering this repair”, when I’ve read my vehicle’s manual and I know how to operate all parts of my vehicle. The issue with my vehicle is a manufacturing defect, not user error. More

Sport Mazda is hands down the BEST car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I just purchased my 4th Mazda there and they continue to provide VIP service, and a pleasant customer experience. Unlike other dealerships, there’s no fluff, no games, no gimmicks and no unfair trade offers. No song and dance with the finance manager going back and forth for hours. Just an all around quick, smooth process to have you in your new car in no time. When you arrive, ask for Zee Saidi. I have dealt with Zee for 3 years, and his loyalty to making sure you’re happy is unmatched. In addition, he’s kind, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. It’s always a pleasure working with Zee, and I don’t hesitate to refer him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Everyone at Sports Mazda North is friendly, but I also have to mention Shane, Carlos, Mark and Beth. Their job knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction is top of the line.
