Ray was very attentive when I went to the dealership to get my trade in appraised. He asked me why I was trading it in and if there were any models I'd like to see. I let him know that I wanted to downsize get my trade in appraised. He asked me why I was trading it in and if there were any models I'd like to see. My wife and I are very pleased with our new vehicle and the service you provided. Due to a poisoning I am in a unique situation. Have to wear a respirator and can’t spend much time away from my home. Where the service you provided. Due to a poisoning I am in a unique situation. Have to wear a respirator and can’t spend much time away from my home. Where we have industrial air scrubbers. Ray our salesman was very sensitive to our situation and we were able to spend about two hours total and were driving off the lot.
