My Review of Szott Ford:
This is probably the 5th car that I have bought / leased from Szott Ford. They are the most professional and helpful dealer ever!!! I received a call from their General Sales ManagerSteve Gabbara last Friday to personally let me know that I could trade in my lease car 5 months early and get a new car without raising my payments. I was so excited, I came in and met with the Sales Manager, Chris Boan. Chris had worked some figures in advance and gave me several models to choose from. The lovely saleswoman, Renee took me for a test drive and helped me pick out just the right car! I was only too happy to find out that my new car actually cost $5.00 LESS per month than my old car. You can only imagine how happy that made me!

The paperwork and financial arangements were handled by a very pleasant young man, Anthony Ketchum. He made the experience very efficient and we were explained every detail thoroughly. It is such a pleasant surprise that even out here in the country, they have managed to employ such sophisticated and professional employees. The ownership team must do a tremendous job of recruiting and retention. As an executive with one of the largest banks in the nation, I can tell you that I am am very impressed!

I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Renee was with us almost all day letting us drive and showing us all options and all the cars we wanted to look at. She was very nice and made us feel at home. Hope to buy another car from her soon.

My Review of Szott Ford:
When i decided to look at cars, I went to Szott Ford and worked with a woman named Renee Weeks. I wanted to stay at a certain price point, and to have my current car paid off. Renee showed me several different cars, but was honest about the price. The cars were out of my price range, due to my current car balance being too high. Renee didn't try to sell me a car, and then sneak in a higher price at the end, like I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. I went bak a few months later, and again Renee showed me several different cars. It just wasn't the time for me to buy. Recently, I was ready to buy, and again went back to Renee. She was very courteous and friendly. She didn't know that this was finally going to the the time that I was going to buy, and she never treated me like I was wasting her time. I purchased a vehcile, and I couldn't be happier. Renee provided me with information for the extended warranty, but she did not push it on me.
I have returned to the store to have some maintence items taken care of, and I am highly satisufied. Randy, the used car manager, and Renee both treated me with respected and were eager to make me happy, even though I wasn't buying a new car.
The appreciation continued after my purchase as well. Renee called to make sure that I was happy, I received post cards in the mail, and even received a voice message from Mr. Szott thanking me for my purchase.
I will never buy a car anywhere else!! (this is my 9th car purchase in 15 years, so clearly it won't be my last)

My Review of Szott Ford:
I first found Szott Ford and Renee Weeks about 3 years ago. I leased a new Escape from them for a great deal. Later, even before my lease as up, I was looking for a smaller, more gas friendly vehicle. I went into Renee and let her know my thoughts and what I was looking for. She got right on it and found me a several options to choose from. I am now in a 2012 Fusion and I love it!! Thanks to Renee and the Szott team, I am a very happy customer and I will continue to give them my business.

I have bought two new cars from Renee' over the last few years. She has been very helpful of getting me into my new cars. Renee' is always there to answer any questions I have for her. She sets up oil changes for me right away. I just couldn't ask for a better sales person than Renee'. She is so friendly, kind, and always goes the extra mile to help.

Renee has been the best dealer to work with. She listens carefully to everything I say and always meets all of my requirements. I am on my third purchase from her and couldn't be happier. All I have to do is call her up and she is there with answers to my questions or willing to help me with what I need. She even sets up all of my service appointments. I have been to many other dealerships where I have been ignored and mis-led by their salesmen. I am happy to say that I have always walked into Szott and been treated so well. I will never not buy a Ford because of the great staff at Szott, especially my favorites Renee, Chris and Stephen. Thank you for all that you do! Keep up the good work!

Reene and Chris again were wonderful to work with and made everything go perfect. I was a customer of Lasko and Matt over at Lasko would not take care of it, I went in and talked with Renee and Chris and now I have bought my second vehicle from Renee. I can only say they are great, thanks so much for all the support you put the S in servive satisfaction..
