Questionable Post-Sale Customer Service and Information Purchased a 2021 CPO Audi SQ5 Sportback. Unable to register the car to Audi Connect due to lack of details from this dealership. With t Information Purchased a 2021 CPO Audi SQ5 Sportback. Unable to register the car to Audi Connect due to lack of details from this dealership. With the assistance and cooperation of Brian Westbrook ,Financial Services Manager at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter the issue was resolved. I am sorry it resulted in a negative review for Brian, however I believe the Jim Ellis organization / family needs to wake-up and focus on customers instead of their own "feel-good" commercials. More

Porsche Atlanta Perimeter won my business because Rey Gordillo is an expert at selling a car in the internet age. I purchased from out of state because Rey had the car with the features I wanted. While o Gordillo is an expert at selling a car in the internet age. I purchased from out of state because Rey had the car with the features I wanted. While others dealers were incessant with the overplayed word track of only wanting to get you physically into the dealer, after a warm invitation Rey was as comfortable as I with handling the car deal through modern communications such as text, e-mail, and phone as needed. Rey was proactive and sent me pictures of the car before they were available on the website. When I purchased the car, I was greeted as I came in, and there we no surprise fees or non-disclosed add-ons. Rey was at the dealership ready with all the paperwork, and the price we negotiated was the price I paid. They offered their customer lounge to my family during the test drive, and I was told it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was worth the drive to see Rey and enjoy the buying experience at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. More

Amazing place to work with, I purchased a G63 hassle free version ver the phone, the whole team from the initial contact to my delivery date was excellent and answered every question I had.
