Nelson and Michelle processed the I ordered my car through Brewster Subaru and they were nothing but friendly and courteous every step of the way. Nelson and Michelle processed the order for me and Roy called me when the delivery was ready. Roy took his time and showed me the ins and outs of the newly delivered car before I signed any paperwork and really helped me feel comfortable before finalizing my purchase. Jenn in finance was great to work with. She showed me all the additional services I could get with my new car and was not pushy. She worked with me so I could take advantage of their extended warranty and I wouldn't have to break the bank on my monthly payments. Overall a very pleasant experience. This is why my family always makes Brewster Subaru their first choice when purchasing a new vehicle. More

Our salesperson Ed is a very professional experienced salesman, and a nice guy as well. The manger Nelson is friendly and a Pro and will get you a fair deal on your Subaru. Great experience I had a great experience buying my forester! Everyone was honest and helpful and really worked with what my budget was. I even took two toddlers with me when I went to sign for the car and while I was busy, those in the office who were free were playing with my kids and keeping them happy! 5 Stars All Around! I am a first time buyer of Subaru and walked in and out of several dealers because I was not comfortable buying my car from robotic, pushy salesman. I am a first time buyer of Subaru and walked in and out of several dealers because I was not comfortable buying my car from robotic, pushy salesman. What a relief when I visited Brewster Subaru. I immediately knew it would be my last stop. I was greeted and welcomed by Rich, who continued to assist throughout the process, and immediately introduced to Anthony. Anthony made sure that this was the most comfortable purchase it could possibly be. He listened to everything I wanted and made sure I got it...INCLUDING PRICE! He is honest - such a comforting and rare trait when looking for a car. Everyone I worked with, (Anthony, Jenn and Rich) were very interested in making sure I walked away happy every time I left their presence, ended a phone call with them, or when responding to an email. I never felt pressured at any point and I felt 100% informed in all aspects. Anthony responds to all calls and emails immediately - even after the purchasing process was finished.
