Another great buying experience at Rob Sight Ford. I bought my second vehicle here in 3 days! Win Glass was a pleasure to work with as my salesman and Rich Poe did a fine job filling in for Tony on a Sa bought my second vehicle here in 3 days! Win Glass was a pleasure to work with as my salesman and Rich Poe did a fine job filling in for Tony on a Saturday to get the paperwork done, even though this was a little out of his element. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford to my friends and colleagues when the are ready for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had a second set of keys programmed by Roger Waterfield and am coming back for a new door program code and an extra fob for the remote start, all provided free as part of my deal. An overall very rewarding buying experience. More

From the time we got out of our old car and into our new one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient with us while we picked out several that we wanted to sit inside before taking a test drive. He never pressured us and respected our views when we said that a particular car was more than we'd planned on spending. Going into the Finance Department has always been a bad experience for us, as we've dealt with very pushy, money hungry finance guys and to have the GM, Rich Poe, as our finance guy for the day was an added bonus. He asked if we'd like to get an extended warranty and never got upset when we said that we weren't interested. Every person we came into contact with at this dealership was top-notch and even though it was a bit out of our way to drive there, was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely be back to Rob Sight! More

Excellent transaction from the first handshake to the last signature. Charles Wildberger is the kind of guy who just tells it like it is. Rich Poe knew his business and is truly professional. There is nothing phony or deceptive about these guys. They were a pleasure to deal with. We went in looking at a Fusion and came out with a used Kia Rondo because my wife wanted a smaller car. Purchasing a vehicle has historically been one of my least favorite tasks. I must say the team at Rob Sight Ford made it less difficult and less stressful. Keith Koenigsdorf and Rich Poe were availabl least favorite tasks. I must say the team at Rob Sight Ford made it less difficult and less stressful. Keith Koenigsdorf and Rich Poe were available when we needed them and patient when we needed time to think and consider options. Also, Richard Schwegert, the Finance Manger gave outstanding service by promptly completing our paperwork and explaining options. I highly recommend Rob Sight Ford if you are considering a new Ford purchase, you won't find a better team anywhere. More

mark from the body shop miss some things in esimate.then taking longer to fix then told when to pick my suv up after looking at work it wasnt up to par started to voice my opinion to him he became very rude taking longer to fix then told when to pick my suv up after looking at work it wasnt up to par started to voice my opinion to him he became very rude to me and my 9 year old who was with me then told me to pick it up on monday and walked away from me at that point i went into the dealership and ask to speak with a manager talked to rich poe who then told me he would handle the issue and assured me that he would make it right so i waited for the repairs to be corrected after taking longer again to make repairs came up to pick it up again and there was more issues that wasnt properly repaired so took the suv home becoming more frustrated call rich set up a meeting with mark and rich togather came back up again the next day and showed them the issues rich and mark agreed that they needed adressed and then me he told me he needed to order parts and he would call to bring it back again after the parts came in after a week he called and told me to bring back in on that coming monday so doing so it took 4 days to finish the repairs after picked it up it wasnt washed the and so it was kinda of hard to see what was done after the third round of repairs and five trips to the bodyshop it looks okay i was very disappointed about the whole ordeal it was a great inconvenice and had to change my schedules at work and home just to get this thing corrected.after having body work done there before which was much greater in aspect around 6 months ago by then larry the old body shop manager who me keep informed and timelines and progess and preformed seamless repairs and much greater customer service i dont think i would use the body shop again.thanks to rich i think this experience would have end up with me taking my car somewhere else to finish the repairs like tom little from safeco gave me the option to do. More

They always say "never buy the first car you test drive", but I had no hesitation the day I bought my new-to-me Jeep from Rob Sight Ford Lincoln. Upon entering the building, only there to "start" my drive", but I had no hesitation the day I bought my new-to-me Jeep from Rob Sight Ford Lincoln. Upon entering the building, only there to "start" my search, I met Marc Sullivan who took me directly to the car I'd found the night before on-line. He was as nice as could be and helped me feel 100% comfortable making the decision about my then "possible" new car. It had been 13 years since I'd bought a new vehicle, so I was worried it might be quite an ordeal. However, just a couple days later, I was more than happy with my decision to go ahead and purchase, which was helped by the no-pressure sale that was delivered by Marc and the good folks at Rob Sight. I was given all the good information I needed about the car, how to finance it, and time to sufficiently test-drive it, all before I even had to indicate I was even interested in buying it, which made it one of the easiest processes I've been though. And on a personal note, they also have a strong positive association with a local animal shelter I've volunteered with for over a decade, so that made me feel even more comfortable buying my new pre-owned car from them (we shared several fun personal dog stories!) I'm excited to know that I got my new car from a great place that I can call anytime in the future if I have any questions or concerns. I purchased a 2012 Fusion from Rob Sight and it is the best car I have ever owned. I had previously owned a 2005 Escape which was serviced by Rob Sight and was truly impressed with the Service Manager, B best car I have ever owned. I had previously owned a 2005 Escape which was serviced by Rob Sight and was truly impressed with the Service Manager, Bruce Ginther. I knew I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion and my son suggested that I go to Gary Crossley Ford to get it because he had purchased his 2010 Fusion from them. I decided that since Bruce Ginther was such a pleasure to work with that I should give Rob Sight a chance to sell me the Fusion. I had originally orderd a Fusion at the end of March but due to the tsunami in Japan they could not get the paint in the color I wanted. After discussing my options with Rich Poe I decided to wait until the 2012 Fusion was available and I could not be happier that I waited. The car is absolutely everything I wanted and the staff at Rob Sight are awesome. Michele was so helpful and walked me through all the awesome options on my car. She made the financing process so easy and had every detail covered before I had even walked in to pick up my car. I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and actually I already did to our friends who were the first people to ride in my car. Truly a great experience on my purchase. More
