Tommy was great to work with and wasn’t about the typical car sales games you often get with other dealerships. He gave me a great tutorial on my new CR-V. I also had a great finance experience with Byron Gray. He got me through my paperwork quickly and made sure I understood everything. Richard Barrera was also great in working with my trade. I’ve had pleasant experiences with Hall in the past, so I expect the same and look forward to good service when it’s time for service. More

Out original appointment was for a trade in from a sedan to a SUV. Rich was so incredibly helpful and personalable ! Later during our visit management camemto take to us about our options and we learned we were able to keep our old car and still qualified for our brand new suv. This was completely unexpected but honestly ideal , it’s going to be a life saver with kids and work and every day craziness. As we are signing our paperwork and preparing to leave our POC for finance was absolutely amazing ! They got us everything that we need in a car at reasonable price !The wait time was a bit long but absolutely worth it ! More

Dwight worked with me on my most recent purchase and he could NOT have been more attentive or helpful. He helped me every step of the way and offered many words of wisdom from his many years of experience in the industry and with Honda in particular. Also, I'd like to thank Amanda Carroll for her knowledge and help with the financing process as well as Richard Barrera for being an asset throughout the car buying experience. The sales rep (Lorenzo) was not very pushy and was able to offer a good deal to help my growing family of 5 purchase a safe and trusted certified pre-owned Odyssey that was in like new condition. Deals like this only happen once in a blue moon (really it was the night of a blue moon), but when they do...they happen at Hall Honda. 😉 Seriously, we had a great experience and Hondas are a reliable vehicle that will hold it's value. This is my family's third time buying a Honda. The 2018 Odyssey comes with the Android Auto connect feature, It's really nice being able to control your car with Google Voice just like using Google Home! Unfortunately, it is not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, but this is not Honda's fault. Google is aware of the issue and is trying to fix it. I hope they fix it soon as it's a great feature that works fine with my wife's Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. The assisted cruise control, lane-departure, and safety sense features really make you feel like you're driving a vehicle of the future. The only part of the vehicle I don't like is when you remove the middle row seats, the mounting bases (that allow the seats to Glide side to side) cannot be removed (safety feature). However, I doubt we'll be removing the seats very often as it is a family vehicle in the kids need somewhere to sit. Also, the ability to (remove middle 8th seat) and slide the seats is a really nice feature and it's a great way to ensure little feet don't kick the back of the driver's seat (dads) when it is slid all the way back. If you're looking for a safe and reliable minivan for the family, I highly recommend the Honda Odyssey. More

Understanding and friendly I went in thinking I had to wait a couple of months to get the car I wanted. They really worked with me and found a way to get the car I wanted but al I went in thinking I had to wait a couple of months to get the car I wanted. They really worked with me and found a way to get the car I wanted but also stay financially smart. Tanisha and Richard B were both very understanding of my situation. Since I didn't care about the fancy add-ons and only cared about the safety of my newborn, they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want and didn't need to help themselves. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. More
