Richard in the service department was great and very professional. I had a coupon for a free signature oil change that had expired due to me not getting my oil change on time and he took care of it for professional. I had a coupon for a free signature oil change that had expired due to me not getting my oil change on time and he took care of it for me with no problem at all. The rest of the team was also great! I was offered unlimited coffee, expresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, water and Danish. The only reason I took off one star is because my appointment was for 11:30 and I didn't get out of there until about 3. Other than that everything was exceptional. More
