I was able to purchase the new VW GTI (with the options and color I wanted) that another local dealer had physically sitting on their lot as Richard found the car online and dealer traded it for me on the spot with one of his. The irony being I had actually visited that other dealer and asked them to call me when a new GTI came in (in any color or options) for me to test drive and consequently buy and never got contacted. Don't go anywhere else! This is my second VW purchase from Dean Team. The lease on my Jetta is up in August and I thought why not get a new car now while there are great deal This is my second VW purchase from Dean Team. The lease on my Jetta is up in August and I thought why not get a new car now while there are great deals. Rich, Scott and Rick all worked really hard to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. No haggle, no hassle, all happy. What I liked best was not only are they easy to deal with, most dealerships put you in "the box" and there's a lot of stress, back and forth super secret 'checking with the manager' biz, but not here. Rich and Scott sat down with us, wrote everything out and talked with us, not at us about how we could come to an agreement. The longest part was dealing with the finance which really was no fault on their part ( I have dual state residencies). Even then Rick was out talking to us and updating us on the situation as it went along. There was no covert operation...everything was upfront. I will definitely go back to Dean Team for a VW and 1000% recommend it to anyone looking for a great vehicle and no headache! PS: My Passat got 35 MPG driving back east!! Almost 500 miles on 3/4 tank. Made it all the way from Ohio to DC on a half! More

Purchase of a new Passat I am a first time customer of Dean VW dealer but had researched Passats at a number of other dealerships both new and pre-owned. Richard Gotsch ,Sale I am a first time customer of Dean VW dealer but had researched Passats at a number of other dealerships both new and pre-owned. Richard Gotsch ,Sales, greeted me courteously and friendly and showed me the specific cars I was interested in without showing me other or more expensive cars. The Sales Manager, Scott Roberts added some very helpful comments concerning the car and the purchasing process. As soon as I decided on a specific car I was given a price and where upon I made a counter offer based on other prices. We also agreed quickly on the price for my trade-in and the deal was sealed with a handshake. The overall experience was very pleasant without any pressure and most professional. I hope that my future dealings with the Dean Team's Service department will be equally pleasant and professional so that I will remain a satisfied customer. Gert More
