Let me start with I came in for a 50$ voucher for driving an Rogue which was a very nice vehicle but bigger than I needed . So after taking out 3 different vehicle for test drive decided on a 2024 Sentra . A an Rogue which was a very nice vehicle but bigger than I needed . So after taking out 3 different vehicle for test drive decided on a 2024 Sentra . After haggling back and forth on the trade in price and new car price finally came together on a deal that I felt was very fair ! I was treated very much like someone special and my business and satisfaction was very high on their list . The end of it was I was completely satisfied and happy that I purchased from Coulter Nissan ....thanks guys More

I was going to buy our second Pathfinder from them, but they reneged on our deal! I thought they were reputable but found out they can’t be trusted! If Coulter Nissan was the LAST car dealer in Arizona I they reneged on our deal! I thought they were reputable but found out they can’t be trusted! If Coulter Nissan was the LAST car dealer in Arizona I would fly out of state rather than deal with them again! They value the dollar over their (now former) customers! More

Best car buying experience we've ever had When my family needed an emergency replacement vehicle, we decided to upgrade in size as well. Stay Away Stay away from Coulter Nissan. I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was ver Stay away from Coulter Nissan. I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was very adamant in my communications before my arrival and again after my arrival that I would not be changing lenders and that they were not authorized to submit my application to anyone else...I was reassured that my application info was only being taken to verify my identity and to tie up my loan with the lender that I chose....As I was taken in to the financing managers office my phone started blowing up with alert after alert....they sent my application to 10 different letters....my signed application even stated that my app was only to go to the specified lender....they had no solution for this even after their salesman confirmed in front of my that I gave them specific instructions regarding my application and credit pulls. I ended up leaving without the car even though we were almost done. If I could give them zero stars I would! More

Richard Lazo reviewed my situation then called me at home the next day in which thru a number of phone calls were able to put a deal together. Then with the help of Mohammed Jasim was able to obtain a lower interest rate plus when receiving my payment book the interest rate was yet another 1/2% lower. Arturo Tirado filled in for Greg Page as he was off the day of purchase & went thru the delivery of the vehicle. Greg has called us about 4 times to make sure everything was going ok and if at anytime need further assistance to stop by the dealership & will be happy to assist. More

Best purchase experience yet! Everyone from sales to finance was stream lined. They even waited outside for us to pull up. Scott MADE this deal from beginning to end. All the staff from sales to finance to managment were always smiling and over the top helpful. Coulter Nissan made me and my wife feel like all they wanted to do was help. Scott answered all my questions and was candid the entire time. I would definitely recommend them. Driving our new Armada we wear our Coulter badge with pride. Unprofessional behaviour during Used car purchase I am in the market for a used electric car on a fixed budget of $16K. I exchanged emails with Dealer's Internet Director Molly ref their 2011 Leaf an I am in the market for a used electric car on a fixed budget of $16K. I exchanged emails with Dealer's Internet Director Molly ref their 2011 Leaf and my limited budget. I was told they are open to negotiation and have a summer clearance event. At their request on September 5, 2014, I drove over 50 miles to visit and test drove the Leaf. When discussing final price, etc with the Sales Rep I asked if this used car came with two Smart keys and was promised by the Sales Rep (Miguel Avila) that if not, they would provide the second key at no cost to me. Following further negotiation with Sales Rep and Shift Sales Manager Richard Lazo I received their best offer which was above what I had communicated to their Sales Director Molly. Anyway, after discussing with my wife that night,, I agreed on the higher price as long as a window tint was also provided. They agreed to do do so. Upon my second visit to sign the "papers", I was told that the promised second key would cost extra. Their shift Manager Scott was completely disinterested in the promise made by his staff and was the stereotypical Sales person that we all abhor - condescending and disinterested in his customer. I wont be buying from Coulter ever. More
