Terrible customer experience The sales directors down to the sales associates are rude and arrogant. They do not care about their customers. They do not value their Lexus customer The sales directors down to the sales associates are rude and arrogant. They do not care about their customers. They do not value their Lexus customers at all. They treat you like they don’t need your business. I have had to negotiate for 3 months when I got my first car with them and this time it took days to get my new car even though I was already a Lexus customer. The sales guy named Richard was so rude he made me cry. They tried to over charge me for my new vehicle! I ended up have a sales director complete the sale after days of going back and forth with him. I only continue to drive Lexus because of the car, but the customer service is horrible! More

Amazing I had an amazing expeirience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. They were on target, I had a car that was severely upside down in cost, and they managed to I had an amazing expeirience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. They were on target, I had a car that was severely upside down in cost, and they managed to get me out of there with the vehicle I wanted, they washed prepped, instructed me on all the TECHIE stuff, radio/clock/seats/doors, the works. We searched around for the one I wanted with no rush or pressure. Richard Or sales men was the BEST salesman I have EVER dealt with. He is totally authentic....friendly, no pressure. The finance Gentlemen also, I felt good after I left there. My previous expeirience was with Land Rover, boy was that awful, those people are clueless , harsh, rude...so unlike Ricahard and Moez the finance man. Thanks Again I absolutely love my new car named Lexi, and I loved the treatment we got. Now having said that I do have one Negative. For as long as we were there (after 7pm) the cafe closed, we got there 5 before 7pm and the cafe was closing, we had no dinner, and never left there till 10pm. We were exhausted, and very hungry , no vending machines, nothing. That is a downer, I was starving, The cafe should stay open till 9pm for small snacks and drinks at least. Thanks again though , great time had, I felt Good with my new car !!! More

I recntly leased a Lexus from this dealership. I don't normally post reviews however, I feel that the professionalism I experianced at this dealership warranted it. I live much closer to a Lexus dea don't normally post reviews however, I feel that the professionalism I experianced at this dealership warranted it. I live much closer to a Lexus dearlship here in Miami so visted them first. Suffice to say they were clueless in regards to their productsand their sales technique was " Old School " dirty tactics. At the Pembroke Pines dealership the sales person, Richard monovis, knows these vehicles inside and out and the deal he made without haggling or pressure saved me over $900 on the down and was nearly $50 less on the monthly payment. it's also worth mentioning that the F Sport I was intersted in wasn't in stock at any of the dealerships at the time but one of the managers at tye dealership drives one and was gracious enough to allow me to test drive it (his personal vehicle). Bottom line if you are in the market for a Lexus definitely contact him! Excellent experience. Do yourself a favor see them first or last like I did but deffinitely go there before you make your final decision. More
