I was outright lied to by Mike in Finance. He told me he could get me a bumper to bumper warranty to cover the car. While explaining the warranty he said that even brakes were included, "if He told me he could get me a bumper to bumper warranty to cover the car. While explaining the warranty he said that even brakes were included, "if I could believe it" he said. When I got home I looked at the paperwork and saw that it was only a limited power train warranty, which Denooyer gives on all new vehicles anyway so I am unsure why he not only lied to me about what was covered but also sold me something that was already included in the sale. I have bought several vehicles from Denooyer over the past 15 years and have never dealt with anything like that. If I ever by from Denooyer again, I will make sure Mike does not have anything to do with the deal. More
