I can't say enough how thankful I am for the stellar staff! They went above and beyond and were hands down amazing! I traveled an hour and half to this dealership (passing others along the way) and I do staff! They went above and beyond and were hands down amazing! I was at the first dealership for 3 hours and sitting with finance ready to sign. The finance dept was rude and unprofessional. I guess they figured I was already there so long why wouldn't I proceed with the deal. Well, I got up and walked right out. I'm so thankful I did because I found a professional, courteous group of people who I can't wait to do business with again. I've already told so many friends that this is the place to go! I have been working with Patricio since Aug of 2022 and I finally purchased a vehicle from him on 11/25/23. One year and a few months!! To say that the man has had the patience of a saint would be an understatement. I know I was a tough customer but he was diligent, dedicated, and professional. After a bad experience at another dealer, I switched to Toyota of Stuart and I couldn’t be happier. All the people I’ve dealt with have been incredible and most importantly, honest. You can’t ask for more from a dealership. Even the service center is stellar. I will not schedule a service appointment unless it’s with Autumn. She is knowledgeable about my vehicle and takes the time to create a personal connection as well. A final shout out to Valkyrie who messaged me every so often to keep me informed about inventory and to schedule appointments with Patricio. Another huge asset to the Treasure Coat team!
