He spent time showing us how to use electronic controls which we had never had before. He was also very helpful after his role as sales person was finished in dealing with problems completing terms of sale by service department. He went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our purchase and all terms of sale were fulfilled. He also worked with Ash to help us with pricing on sale. We brought up difference in fees from another Buick dealer. He was interested in the quote we had received. Ash was responsive to our price sensitivity. He and Richie worked together to make the sale possible for us. We took the vehicle on a family trip with 5.5 hours of driving and it was the most comfortable we have ever been with 4 adults and a growing poodle puppy. Thank you. More
