My Review of Orlando Kia West:
I came to this dealership at 5:57pm on a Sunday, dealership closes at 6pm, after driving a hour and half from another Kia dealership. Scott and Azmir, General Sales Manager, took the time to make the deal happen. We agreed on the price in just 15 minutes, what great service. I just came from another Kia dealership and had to do the normal sales routine, give them a price and then they take to the sales manager and you repeat that step at least 3 times and after all was done still no sale, could not agree on the price that they quoted on the phone. This was NOT the routine at Orlando Kia West, I gave the price I wanted to pay to Scott and he took it to Azmir and Azmir came to me and agreed to the price. Wow that has not normal, no fighting over the price, no waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to the sales manager. Since it was late on Sunday, I agreed to came back on Monday to do the paperwork and take the van home. Scott called me and told that all was set and I was to meet with Rick to do the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership there was problem with the paperwork, since Scott and Azmir was not there, I was waiting for Rick to say sorry that is the price and I am not sure how they got the price yesterday. This is what happened at the other Kia dealership, they could not figure out how the internet sales manager got the price he quoted me. Scott did not do that he keep working on the problem until he solved the problem. Once again, this is not your normal dealership, they provide great service at a great price. If you need a new or used car please vist Orlando Kia, you will be happy you did.

This was the best place to buy a car. Rick knew everything about these cars and showed us all the new stuff it is equipped with. THANKS! Olou Was the best when it comes to financing and he recognized what I wanted most-low interest rate and he got me the best deal with the bank.THANKS!

We have visited Orlando Kia West previously and purchased a Kia and returned again as we had been so pleased.

Rick is an excellant salesperson, he listens to all your needs and requirements, is extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Every question we had, he answered straight away, and was very knowledgeble about everything

We would have no problem at all in recommending Orlando Kia West to anyone thinking of buying a new car and would definately tell them to ask for Rick.

If we ever need another vehicle, our first stop would be the Kia dealership and we would ask to deal only with Rick

Rick was very helpful and knowledgable about the car I was looking to buy. I usually walk into a dealership knowing more than the salesperson, this was not the case here. Every single one of my questions were promtly answered without hesitation. Rick knows his product and all the features of the vehicle he is help the customer to buy. Would and will recommend Rick at Orlando Kia West to anybody that asks me.

i was recommended to rick through a friend, im really glad i did make time to go because i was really pleased with the way everything came out, it was my first car and he was very helpful, he wanted to make sure i knew everything and know what i was getting myself into, he wasn't just in it for the sale...thank you rick!!

this dealership and the salesman "rick" made buying a car a very nice experience. we waited longer than we wanted to buy a new car because of past experiences. rick was amazing. he gave us a fair deal and was a delight to work with. he will be the only person we ever buy a car from in the future. thanks orlando kia and a special thanks to rick gerhardt. we recommend the 2012 kia sorrento as the perfect vehicle.

Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with while I was looking at purchasing a Kia Sportage. His knowledge of the vehicle was superb and anything he was unsure of he said so and quickly found us an answer. His overall business practice was one of a kind. There was no pressure at any point working with him and you could tell he did not want you to buy a car unless you were extremely satisfied with it. Although I did not buy a car from Kia I definitely thought Rick did such a fantastic job through the process that he surely deserved a fantastic review. Thanks for everything Rick!

My Review of Orlando Kia West:
Rick was an AWESOME sales person. Being that I am a female, I must admit is scary shopping for a car alone. SOme people will take that to their advantage because I don't know much about cars. And to add to the fear...my credit score is very low. Rick has helped me since May 2011. I did not have the money at the time to purchase a new car, so he took my number and contacted me to check if I was ready. When I did come back, he showed me all the cars that were in my budget. Overall he made sure I was getting the best deal for me financially and physically. I really appreciate how he treated me and made me feel with my final desicion.
