Oil change and rotation of the tires They are always friendly and we had an appointment at 1:20 pm. It took about an hour to get an oil change and our tires rotated. The shock was the cos They are always friendly and we had an appointment at 1:20 pm. It took about an hour to get an oil change and our tires rotated. The shock was the cost. We were charged a little over $100.00 for this service. We won't be getting our oil changed again at a dealership and we can rotate our tires at no cost. Labor cost more than the 5 quarts of oil. Front Tire Repair When I arrived the Service Advisor asked if I had an appointment, I indicated no. He said I needed an appointment, I indicated sorry I didn’t know I h When I arrived the Service Advisor asked if I had an appointment, I indicated no. He said I needed an appointment, I indicated sorry I didn’t know I had to schedule a leak in my tire. They did take my vehicle in while I waited. After service was performed for fixing the nail in my tire, I paid my bill and drove off. When I getting on the highway I notice the hood had a lot of vibration and started to lift up. I pulled over and noticed the hood was not properly lacked. I am not sure why the service department opened the hood to fix a tire issue. If I decide to use Molle service in the future, I will need to perform a pre-flight inspection before moving the vehicle from your lot. Today, Tuesday, , I notice the tire appeared to be low. I checked the air pressure, it was 10lbs less than the other 3 tires. Apparently the tire still has a leak or the service tech failed to verify the pressure with the other 3 tires. I will find out in the next few days. I am not very happy with the continued poor service. More

Battery replacement I bring my Avalon in for service on your schedule, and on 4/16/19 I needed the battery replaced. When the car wouldn’t start I checked the battery and I bring my Avalon in for service on your schedule, and on 4/16/19 I needed the battery replaced. When the car wouldn’t start I checked the battery and there was a huge amount of build up on the positive terminal. So much so the clamp on the battery cable had also corroded. I would think that this is something that should be checked on each service visit but, obviously, isn’t. Battery replacement is normal but there shouldn’t be that Much buildup after only a few months. More

They Don't Listen to You. I live a distance from the dealer so I try to have issues with my car looked at while I am there for scheduled maintenance. I had a panel hanging d I live a distance from the dealer so I try to have issues with my car looked at while I am there for scheduled maintenance. I had a panel hanging down off my bumper. I told the associate that checked me in about it. I asked again when I was handed the key and I was assured there was no problem. I later noticed that the issue was still there. 5000 miles later I went in for service again. I tell the associate about the issue with the bumper. I also ask for an alignment check because of all the potholes I've driven over. When I check my bumper afterwards and the issue with the bumper is still there. I immediately went back to the associate and told him the bumper had not been touched. He came out and pressed the panel back it and told me the hooks that hold it up were no longer there. After I arrived home I noticed there was no documentation that an alignment check was done. More

Fast and painless From the time I drove into the service area the experience was positive. The gentleman who helped me was great he not only had them change my oil, but From the time I drove into the service area the experience was positive. The gentleman who helped me was great he not only had them change my oil, but had the whole car checked because my free service is running out soon. He even got an umbrella and walked me to my car.
