However, during the past fifteen years we have bought four cars from Rick Schaffhausen, who has assisted us efficiently and smoothly to get the wheels we need.... and without stress! The first time we worked with Rick , he found exactly the minivan we wanted (no more), and his price was well below our web research. Rick is respectful and very knowledgeable, and he never pushes new cars on us during our occasional meetings in the showroom when we come for regular service. As Rick points out, Toyota cars simply run! We only replaced our minivan when it was clear we would want one for another twelve years. Only the brakes had to be replaced on that first minivan that we drove for 12 years. This summer Rick quickly helped us explore the many options, and we added an Avalon to our Toyota fleet. He was instrumental in getting us to consider the lease program... something we had never done in the past. Great salesmanship! Thanks Rick and the Maplewood Toyota Team! More

He knows what I want in a new car and never fails to deliver. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and makes the car buying experience effortless for me. I cannot say enough good things about thi Since 2005 my wife and I have leased one car and purchased three from Rick Schaffhausen at Maplewood Toyota. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the staff I have dealt with. In years gone by my car purchasing experience always seemed adversarial and whoever was most cunning (myself or salesperson) seemed to come out on top of the transaction. This is not how Maplewood Toyota treats customers. I have always been treated honestly, fairly and with respect in both the service and purchasing process. I think Toyota makes great vehicles but this dealership makes owning a Toyota that much better (both sales and service). More
