Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly

My leased car was only a few weeks old before it was almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an even bigger issue. Ricki Shamen was awesome to deal with when I leased the car initially and then Steven just couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable, and communicative during the repair process. It took way longer than expected because of an issue with the adjuster, but Steven was less focussed on blame and more focussed on service. Thank you to Steven and BMW of Tenafly.

This is my third time leasing at BMW of Tenafly. My salesperson, Ricki Shamen, knows the vehicles, leasing and financing programs cold; and will work with you to get you the best deal. At delivery, everything works like clockwork - nothing hidden, no surprises, no extra costs. The car is delivered in perfect shape, and Ricki will spend whatever time you need to review the workings of the car.

I just acquired an X5 from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Having used Ricki before for an ED sale, I knew I could trust her with a non-ED sale. Ricki is an exemplary BMW adviser. The expiration of my lease coincided with my being out of town for a week. Ricki Shamen worked with through the inconvenience of being in different time zones and (i) located a car with the options I wanted, (ii) finalized the economics and (iii) dealt with my insurance broker. She really went above and beyond.
