I lease a vehicle from them, and when it came time to do the finance papers, they didn’t have enough staff they kept me there till 1030 at night. When they brought my vehicle out, it was pitch dark and they didn’t have enough lighting for me to check the vehicle they told me to come back and check it when I got my license plates which I did and I saw a scratch that they won’t fix because they said that, the dealership should have looked at that before I took it off the lot and they didn’t because it was pitch dark so they’re making me fix the scratch. Plus who keeps a customer till 1030 at night because they don’t have enough finance staff! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

My brand new car 2022 is still not registered now they are still asking for money this is only long story short. Plus went to service car and they tried to make me pay co pay I will never go to a Honda dealership again next car I get will be 100 percent paid for also I live in ny.
