I purchased a used Honda CRV, everything for the sale and financing went well up until it was time for me to bring it back in for a scratch that needed to be fixed on the rear driver side . We brought it ba financing went well up until it was time for me to bring it back in for a scratch that needed to be fixed on the rear driver side . We brought it back in as agreed they had a painter ready to fix it. Well he had the rear hatch open and got overspray all over my interior- on my touch screen, on the dash everywhere. On the outside it was all over the driver - on the windows and the plastic around the windows! I thought they would have done a more professional job- I was really upset. I am still waiting for a key that was promised- but I understand because of the parts issues that it is on backorder. I will patiently wait for that. I did get a response from Rob Long the GM and he offered to make it right. More

Dealership is horrible. Using BS to get you in then and then charge thousands over sticker. If you won't pay or make it to complicated (lease) they ignore you. I reached out to Honda's executive team to see what the heck happened to customer service. $$ over customer service. Long time Honda customer. I guess I need to make the switch. Hello Toyota and KIA. I'm not a fan of salesmen or car dealerships, but Ken Mercer and the Team at Heritage Honda Westminster where Awesome to work with and made the process seamless. Ken took the time to find out what I was looking for and helped me find the SUV I really wanted. Never tried to talk me into something else. While picking out the add-ons for my new CR-V Ken was very honest when I asked for his opinion. Unfortunately with the shortage of vehicles out there, it was a little bit of a waiting game but Ken kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Once my CR-V arrived he spent time going over all the new features, helped me set them up if needed and also helped me pair my phone. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda Westminster and Ken Mercer. More
