To the McGovern Auto Group - These three Guy's are the reason why I have been a faithful customer for a very long time. You have a GREAT TEAM with them. That's hard to come by these days. The only complaint worth mentioning - What happened to the In house car wash !! That was a service that really made the difference. Was it really necessary to eliminate that. It does make a difference. We the consumer do appreciate after spending a decent amount of money on service to walk out into a clean vehicle really sets a dealer apart. Sure, you throw in a car wash coupon once in a while, which is appreciated, but that's a bit of an inconvenience. Wagner had the unit and it was a NICE TOUCH, you all took that out almost immediately when you took over. Just my opinion..... Miss that service Golden Touch. Thank you! Brian More

After having a very bad experience LOCALLY In RI . . everything happens for a reason .. right? My new car purchase (not leasing) is being shipped in from Germany.. everything I could want and more .. . everything happens for a reason .. right? General Manager Robert Picerno who I dealt with for years back to back (then leasing) … a true stand up guy … made it happen … in two days via phone, mind you ..
