I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

We knew what we wanted for a vehicle before we came in. He quickly drew up the paperwork, and handed us over to Jeff, to take care of the financing. This was completed within a short period of time. Then we were introduced to Jeremy, who went over all the features of the car. He was very thorough, and even paired up our phones to the Bluetooth. Truly, no stone left unturned. All in all, everyone that we came in contact with at Heritage Toyota was professional, courteous, and very friendly. We will definitely be a repeat customer when our lease is up. More

Best car buying experience ever! I went into Toyota not having much of an idea what kind of car I wanted, just that I wanted a Toyota. I HATE car buying, and even worse, salesmen! Rob's approach was far different then what I had experienced before. He didn't rush me, he didn't pressure me, he just gave me the facts about the vehicles I asked about. He made some excellent suggestions as well. All other dealerships I have been to have made me feel like I was swindled into buying something I didn't want. Not this time! I'm so happy with the vehicle I chose and its definitely due to Rob's patience and easy going approach. Thanks Rob! Can't wait until we need another new vehicle, we will be going right to Rob. More

Before shopping elsewhere, stop in and talk with Rob Ploof. Rob Ploof in Sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rob was able to find the right car for my needs. He was very friendly and approachable, and available for any questions I had even during hours/days outside his normal business hours. You owe it to yourself to stop in and at least talk with Rob before you consider purchasing a car with other dealerships. Benjamin Bright in Financing was clearly interested in my best interests when it came to extended coverage on my vehicle, and was very personable and knowledgeable. More

And mind you we REALLY dislike car shopping. He was so easy to work with, super friendly & very knowledgeable. It was easily the best buying experience we’ve had yet. Rob was happy to help & communicate with us outside of his normal business hours & for that we are very thankful since it’s often hard to find time with work & such. Jeremy Martin (delivery specialist) & Travis Green (finance) were both also equally as helpful when it came to showing us the technology within the Rav 4 & helping us through the final financial piece. Very knowledgeable & never pushy, just plain helpful! Overall it was a very low pressure environment with extremely honest & trustworthy professionals. Great Service from the front door to the check out! The same cheerful young woman, Amanda, met me with her tablet to scan in the information. I asked her about adding an extra item to my initial service appt. She told me how long it would take to do everything. The service area has a "quiet room" with WiFi access in which I could productively work. Everything was finished 15 minutes early! A GREAT experience from the front door to the check out! More

Amazingly Patient. As a single mom it's challenging to get tasks done alone.. He interacted with my children and made them feel like they were part of the process. They're still talking about how cool he was this morning. Starting over is scary, getting a new car is a a big step and they did everything they could to work with me and make the process smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! More
