To begin, Toyota makes a superior vehicle. For the last 5 years, Jim Norton provided service on our 2000 Toyota RAV4. Their waiting area in the dealership is extraordinary. Minor service can be done in under one hour. This is a must for many busy people. The service staff is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. After a wonderful five year track record with Jim Norton and service for our 2000 Toyota, we decided to trade in our American made truck, which was less than reliable. We purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with extra cab. Robert Blocker was our salesman and was top notch through the whole purchase. The past year of owning the Tacoma has been as we expected...Great. Great service, great performance. Follow up to purchase and service on our truck has been the best. I would not hesitate to purchase another Toyota vehicle and I would definitely purchase it through Jim Norton. These folks know how to treat their customers right. More

I worked with Robert Blocker last year for the purchase of a RAV 4 and this year for a Tacoma. Both experiences were as good as they could have been. from the receptionist, through sales and the business m of a RAV 4 and this year for a Tacoma. Both experiences were as good as they could have been. from the receptionist, through sales and the business manager, all were friendly, accomodating and professional. There was none of the usual song and dance associated with a car purchase, questions were answered and details noted. We will be back when we need to make a change in what we have now and I have referred an associate to Jim Norton's already. The vehicles were as advertised and are serving us well. Robert was extremely busy when we walked in. He was actually helping some of our family members, however took the time out to acknowledge us. I was very pleased! He then stepped away for a few minutes abd grabbed some keys and we test drove a Toyota Camry. I was very very pleased with what he had come up with for our family. It was the perfect fit!
