My Review Of Circle BMW:

Going for service, even with BMW's $0 maintenance program is a daunting thought. Each time I walked in, even at 7:30 AM, Bob greeted me with an extended hand, a warm smile and an even warmer disposition. I unfortunately just moved over an hour away from the dealership so coming in for service will be tough and I'm disappointed about that as I found a place I trust. Highly recommend Bob and Circle BMW.

We purchased a bmw from Alan Tannenhaus previously, and just recently purchased another bmw from Alan. He is professional, knowledgeable and always a gentleman. I would recommend him highly. Bob, one of the managers in the service department, and
the rest of the department are always first rate.

My Review Of Circle BMW:

I went to the dealership to service my ten year old three series convertible. We had been there before and liked the way we were treated. When Bob, the service specialist reviewed our estimate with us, my husband and I decided not to complete the repair work. I went back to the dealership and asked Bob to recommend me a sales person that he would "send his mother to", not being a fan of the car sales experience. Bob referred me to Mike Castoria and I was comfortable with him from the start. He picked up on what was important to me and not once did he attempt to sell me a pricier car while I was there. When we were discussing the various options on different models I liked the way he used specific examples and personal experiences. His overall authenticity and communication skills made for an excellent experience. His sense of humor was a plus as well. I would also like to add that the financial specialist was also very approachable and patient with questions. We are typically not after sale purchasers, but the way he explained things sold us as well.I have already taken Mike's card for one of my friends and definately will continue to use this dealership and salesperson.

My Review Of Circle BMW:

We brought our pre-owned car (128i convertible) that we bought out of state to repair a technical issue that was within warranty. They served us as if we bought the car with them. When it turned out to be a longer repair they immediately drove us home and picked us up later that day. The service is personal, friendly and competent. We had such a positive experience that we switched from our old dealer and bought our next car with them.
The purchase process was the same way. It is a dealership where everybody knows everybody and customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism that could be expected when driving a luxury car. We do not drive the most expensive BMWs and we were treated the same way as other customers with a 7 series. This is something we have not experienced at a dealer also listed for NJ where we felt as being second class citizens. By the way the ambience is upscale and modern and matches the luxurious cars they sell.
We will report back when we received our new X3.

Alan Tannenhaus was my sales advisor, he was EXCELLENT, and only topped by my service advisor Robert Datri, who is OUTSTANDING. Even though I did not lease a 7 (is a 5), they treated me like GOLD. 100% professional, no smarmy sales tactics, class act to the end.

My Review Of Circle BMW:

I bought my first BMW from Alan Tannenhaus in 2003 at Circle BMW. I knew I wanted a BMW but since this was my first purchase, Alan made sure that I was making the right choice by asking me questions about previous vehicles owned, how I liked to drive, what my typical commute was like, etc. He put me in the perfect car. In fact so perfect that I put 240,000 miles on it. Over those 240,000 miles, I had the car serviced at Circle exclusively. All of the service consultants were great but Rob Datri stood out this past summer when I was having an issue with my air conditioning. New Jersey had the hottest summer on record and it wasn't working properly. Rob went out of his way to make sure that it got fixed quickly so I didn't have to endure the summer traffic on the Garden State Parkway (if you live here you know what thats like). I really appreciated his extra effort.

When my son was in the market for a BMW in 2006, I sent him to see Alen Tannenhaus. He is now a proud owner of a BMW and like me, uses Circle BMW exclusively for all his maintenance requirements. I'm sure he'll be a repeat customer.

For my most recent purchase, I contacted Alan Tannenhaus on a Tuesday and told him what I was looking for. He met with me that same evening, I got the car I wanted and they even gave me a great trade in on my 2003 with 240,000 miles! Everyone there works as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied. I picked up my new car on a Thursday and couldn't be happier.

The Circle BMW facility is state of the art and they have a great inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles. What most impresses me about the dealership is the people. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and you never feel pressured. In the future, I can't see myself buying anything but a BMW and I can't see myself not buying from Circle BMW.

My Review Of Circle BMW:

My BMW X5 had a problem at night on a dark street,requiring a tow. When Roadside Assistance had trouble aiding me, I called our dealer, Circle BMW, out of desperation. Their performance, and particularly that of Bob Datri,was extraordinary. Luckily the showroom was open when I called. The service advisor Bob Datri did an exceptional job in resolving our dilemma. He provided an immediate tow, kept in touch with us by phone throughout to ensure we were ok, and by 9:30 the following morning called with a status on the repair. He then followed up, offered a loaner or a pick up/delivery, and made the repair quickly. I eventually picked up a washed, vacuumed vehicle from Circle's very efficient service staff. Bob Datri deserves my appreciation - his handling was excellent. He really took the pressure off in a difficult situation.

We should also say we have had a very good experience dealing with Circle BMW. We worked with Alan Tannenhaus when purchasing our vehicle and that experience was excellent. Bob Datri's performance - excellent. The other people we come in contact with - from the receptionist to the cashier to the people in the service area - all very efficient and professional. I know this culture of quality comes from the top down. Congratulations to the management team at the dealership. Customer care should be more than just selling a good vehicle.Their people demonstrate that good care does not end when the contract is signed. The Circle BMW organization sets the gold standard for excellent customer service.

My Review Of Circle BMW:

I recently discovered Circle BMW when I purchased my last vehicle in November 2008. Prior to Circle BMW I purchased my vehicles through Open Road BMW. The service department and friendly atmosphere offered by Circle BMW is second to none.

Robert Datri has been my service advisor since I purchased the vehicle. He is polite, courteous and always there to answer all of my questions. Simply based upon the way Robert handles my service appointments; I have become a customer for life at Circle BMW.

He is a true asset to Circle BMW organization and the service he provides is unsurpassed compared to other dealers.
