This lease purchase was my second at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and once again, a most pleasurable experience. Sales Consultant, Melissa Sinapi did a impeccable job in helping me select a vehicle that best fits my needs. She was very informative and never made me feel pressured. She made me feel like I was purchasing a vehicle from an "old friend". I would recommend Melissa to any family or friends of mine looking to purchase a vehicle. I also met with Robert Goldberg, Finance Manager, to finalize my paperwork and he also was wonderful. I also found it very nice that Karl Boye, Sales Manager, took the time to introduce himself to me and thank me for using DCH Wappingers Falls. In particular, I want to say that Rolando Dones was exemplary in every way - polite, thorough, patient, responsive, timely and kind. I also interacted with Daryl, his manager, and with Robert Goldberg, your business manager. Daryl and Robert were also very helpful and exemplified high professional standards and excellent people skills throughout the process - as did Rolando, of course. In addition, the service manager was efficient in his assessment of my "vintage" 1990 Toyota Camry - the service department installed the remote starter I ordered within 24 hours. On one of the hottest days of the year last week, Rolando made sure I had plenty of cold water at my disposal and took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my "shopping" experience.This was, by far, the most pleasant and professionally well handled experience I have ever had in shopping for and purchasing a vehicle.
