Totally honest and trustworthy The most important thing to me is that a dealer be honest and trustworthy. Westminster met those criteria in spades, which is why I gave five stars. They honored every statement they made, including the price given to me over the phone - even though it later turned out there were some fees they had neglected to mention. They even honored their offer to deliver the car to my home an hour and a half away! There was no high-pressure sales talk, and they were extremely patient as I explored the various options from which I had to choose. If there is anything they could improve, it would be to have one (or even two) points of contact with me; it seemed as though every day I was getting a call from a different person, who did not necessarily know about the conversation I had with his predecessor. Also, I was disappointed that my salesman was unfamiliar with many of the features on my new Accord Hybrid -- which I hoped he would show me how to use. More

The reason I keep going back to this Heritage dealership is because of the wonderful management team in place, and one salesperson in particular; Robert Mason. I can't say enough about Robert Mason, who I initially met through a recommendation from my brother, who has and continues to purchase cars through him. Mr. Mason has always responded to all my inquiries with quick and accurate answers; he is very knowledgeable.. In addition, he is very responsive to all my concerns, and works within my budget to provide the best vehicle to meet my needs. After driving a Mercedes and Infiniti vehicle, I now am the proud owner of a 2013, and two 2016 honda automobiles, and couldn't be happier with the cars and the service provided by Mr. Mason and the entire dealership.
