good service everytime. I arrived at 2pm for my 25,000 mile service. Instead of waiting in their waiting area I opted to take my daily 2 mile walk. When I got back to the dea I arrived at 2pm for my 25,000 mile service. Instead of waiting in their waiting area I opted to take my daily 2 mile walk. When I got back to the dealership my car was serviced and ready to go. The service personal went over what they had done and how much I owed. It was the quality of service that I have always expected from them. Therefore, I will continue using Lithia Toyota for all my vehicle maintenance needs. And, of course, I trust them for charging a fair price on all maintenance done. Trust is very important to me. More

Professional, Friendly, Fast I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was done a half an hour earlier than estimated, which is always good. I had gone across the street to d I took my car in for a scheduled service. It was done a half an hour earlier than estimated, which is always good. I had gone across the street to donate blood while I was waiting. On my walk back I slipped and fell on an ice patch (it was a snowy day). Didn't hurt myself, but wary about walking on the snow again. Joey asked another gentleman there to bring my car in so I didn't have to go out looking for it. Such a nice thing to do, Thank you guys so much! I've had Robert do this same thing in the past. Really appreciate this crew! More
