Car sat in the dealership lot for 2 weeks as VOID because Kevin doesn’t answer his phone or voicemails. No calls backs or update. Miserable experience. Had no car for 3 weeks because no one answers the phone. Had to visit in person to get answers.
Unnaceptable and was a major inconvenience on the family.
Pricing is ridiculous as well. $2000 for labor when they worked on the car to half a day after 3 weeks of sitting in the lot. Im pretty sure my battery that was replaced died while sitting in the lot for 3 weeks. That doesnt add up.

Worst dealership I ever went to, 2nd car purchased there
and won't go back.
They scammed me out of $7500.00, paid them the e-car rebate of $7,500, downpayment of $6000 and $2000 in other rebates.

My fault because I didnt see it when the deal was signed.
The sales manager, Robert Permutter is yelling at me, like I did something wrong, yet they scammed me and I told him that and he didnt like hearing the truth.

Just to clarify... The advertised price on their web site was $57,000 for a similar with $6000.00 down and the $7500.00 rebate. The residual was $42,000. My car was $56,500.00
But my residual was $49,000, so where did the $6000 + $7500 + $2000 go to? In their pocket...
I have screen shots to prove everything.
I purchased the car on 09/30/23, the screen shot is from 10/01/23 - and Robert's answer was incentives change overnight...
