I made an appointment to repair a recall, but, when I showed up, for some reason there was no record of my appointment. I figured I'd be waiting longer than anticipated but Robert handled the situation showed up, for some reason there was no record of my appointment. I figured I'd be waiting longer than anticipated but Robert handled the situation graciously and the overall time spent was less than I originally expected. I don't normally write reviews but Robert was genuine and caring, start to finish and a pleasure to work with. More
