Raised in NE Ohio and moved to Florida in 1993. Was with SYSCO foodservice for 15 years while in Fla.. Came back to be with my family and friends. I'm a car guy so delivering new Subarus is a great fit. They're safe, reliable, and have a strong resale value. I know I'm delivering a great product. Subaru buyers rock! My interests include muscle cars, landscape photography, hiking, mountain biking, SCUBA, boating, fishing, Cleveland sports, and Subarus for sure! Love being outdoors....unless it's below 20 degrees!

Great Customer Service. Left feeling like a rockstar Attentive to what I wanted to get. Outstanding communication, very friendly. Robert Swyt was my primary person I worked with and he was great. kept me in the loop for my car's delivery, made the experience personable. He even picked me up from work to come get the new BRZ since I wasn't trading in my previous car. I worked with several others, but admittedly I'm awful with names, but everyone was great! With the experience I had I will be recommending Ganley Subaru if Wickliffe and going there for all services. More

Amazingly the best car buying experience ever !!!!!! Roberts knowledge of the Outback was outstanding it was simple and to the point. Easy and Limited Stress Car Buying Experience After spending numerous hours researching and test driving numerous potential car, my wife and I decided on a Subaru Outback for our new purchase. We went into Ganley Subaru East and pretended that we did not know much about what we wanted. Both my wife and I were treated very well and the sales rep that worked with us was very knowledgeable and took the time and care to answer all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to make rash decisions and ultimately enjoyed the experience as much as you can when buying a car. I have already and would definitely recommend shopping at this dealership if you are looking for a safe and reliable car and a good car buying experience. More

James Reinart, General Sales Manager, I came in to buy a lug nut for an existing car (1999 model) and ended up with a 2008 Forester and a GREAT deal! James Reinart, General Sales Manager, Thomas Grandia, Parts Manager and Robert Swyts were all extremely informative, helpful and all-around pleasant. I had innumerable questions over a several day period and everyone answered ALL my questions and concerns pleasantly and with a sense of humor - which I like. The professionalism was a pleasant surprise. Mr. Reinart really worked to get payments within a certain budget for me and Mr. Swyts (previous owner) answered all my questions regarding the vehicle. There were things taken care of on this car that I did not expect to be covered by Ganley. THANK YOU! I would recommend anyone purchasing a Subaru to go to Wickliffe location. If I ever have to purchase another Subaru, I would come here! More
