I'm a car guy so delivering new Subarus is a great fit. They're safe, reliable, and have a strong resale value. I know I'm delivering a great product. Subaru buyers rock! My interests include muscle cars, landscape photography, hiking, mountain biking, SCUBA, boating, fishing, Cleveland sports, and Subarus for sure! Love being outdoors....unless it's below 20 degrees!

Wonderful Experience, Everyone should shop here. I moved to Cleveland from Maryland less than a year ago, My vehicle was just not working any longer and was in really bad shape. I went to Ganley Subaru and received wonderful customer service from Brad Lunar and Robert Swyt. I cant say how much I appreciate their patience with my situation and their understanding of my needs. The friendliness, non pressure attitude and genuine concern was wonderful. I work in customer service so I understand customer service and I can definately say Brad and Robert are the best ! Ive recommended Ganley East to several of my customers already. If you seriously want to be somewhere that you are heard, get full attention and there is true concern for you as an individual this is the place to be. Everyone involved went above and beyond to assist me and i couldnt be happier. I look forward to a long and wonderful relationship here. thank you Brad and Robert I greatly appreciate everything. great service I started looking for a newer car several months ago. I looked information up through the computer and a number of dealerships contacted me. At that t I started looking for a newer car several months ago. I looked information up through the computer and a number of dealerships contacted me. At that time I was only looking for information and was not prepared to buy at that time. I was planning to wait to make my purchase when I was done with graduate school in the summer. A number of salespeople circled around my like vultures all pushing me to buy immediately even though I told them I was not ready yet. Robert Swyt Jr. was patient and helpful and did not push unduly. He contacted me in late June and I found a vehicle in my price range at his dealership. He made the sale because he was informative, helpful and patient. I don't care for pushy salespeople that try to force me into something I'm not ready for. I would go to his dealership again. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. More
