I bought my car mainly because of the dealer experience. I test drove different makes and models at 5 different dealers. I was deciding between the Honda and another maker. The main reason for making my decision was the dealer experience. My initial call with the receptionist was welcoming and informative. After arriving and talking with Robbie he was honest and most importantly transparent. He was extremely knowledgeable. I let him know I had to drive one more car that day and he didn't use scare tactics or pressure me into signing now. I told him I would call him the next day with my decision. Before I left the general sales manager came over to thank me for coming in. I was very impressed because Daniel never mentioned why an I not leasing today. She simply said thank you for stopping in and if I needed anything to give her a call. The next day I let Robbie know I was going to lease the car because of them. The car was great don't get me wrong but the dealership won me over. In a day and age where customers typically only complain about experiences that was not the case at Liberty Honda. More
