My name is Robert been in the car business for over 20 years. Started my career as a mechanic 4 years. Then to a lead rep for Wheels incorporated. Where I was in charge of corporate fleet vehicles and insuring our clients are not getting ripped off at the service shops. Then became an owner of 2 hand car washes. We grew to the point of being open 24 hours. Dealing with dealerships all over the Chicagoland area. Then was given a job offer at The Bentley Store in Downers Grove. Was a salesmen for 6 years then grew to a Manager of two other stores owned by that same owner selling high line. Moved on to another store Chicago Toy Store and now here for the Chicago Auto Place. Love what I do. Meeting new people and helping them get in the car they want is a great feeling.

Beautiful cars...worst service and support after purchase I've ever encountered in buying cars over the past 45 years. I purchased the Jaguar over the internet and flew to Chicago to pick it up. During the negotiation, if the sales staff responded to my calls, texts, emails, voice-mails, it was never timely and often rude. Salesperson agreed to a price one moment, only to try to increase their offered price moments later. The minute the car leaves their lot, do not expect any help with any problems that arise unless it challenges the IL 15/500 warranty law. Even something as simple as windshield washers or TPMS warning lights were not anything they would help with repair once I began driving the car out of Chicago...a true "Tail-Light Warranty". Be VERY careful particularly if purchasing over the internet. I'm providing one "star" due to the quality of their cars and the speed of the transaction once in Chicago. More

Stay away from this dealer. I went there to check out a Porsche, it was 2 thousand miles more than advertised. When i asked the sales man about it, he became defensive and rude. He told me that his manager Porsche, it was 2 thousand miles more than advertised. When i asked the sales man about it, he became defensive and rude. He told me that his manager drive the car sometimes. I asked him to lower the price, he became more agitated. Absolutely worst customer service I ever had. All the bad reviews here are pretty accurate. Unprofessional and dishonest. More

Starting legal action Purchased a Maserati out of state from Chicago Auto Place in May 2020. As of mid July 2020 the title has not been transferred in violation of Illinoi Purchased a Maserati out of state from Chicago Auto Place in May 2020. As of mid July 2020 the title has not been transferred in violation of Illinois law. The paperwork was inaccurate as they do not have expertise to process sales. The manager works from home and cannot be reached by staff. Finance staff do not have voicemail and will not return calls. The car was delivered damaged ($1,00 repair cost) and with absolutely no gasoline. (Ran out of fuel on the 2 mile trip to the gas station.) The 2nd key was never delivered after repeated requests. The temporary license expired and I can no longer drive the car. I am now initiating legal proceeding with the Secretary of State Police to force title transfer and will be taking further legal action to gain the key and reimbursement for repairs. More

Do not buy a vehicle from these guys. I bought a jeep grand cherokee in 2019 and these guys lied about its condition. I had to put almost 5000 in it to make it safe. Not only that but they would not even grand cherokee in 2019 and these guys lied about its condition. I had to put almost 5000 in it to make it safe. Not only that but they would not even respond to me after they got my money. I bought it online and had it delivered but the leadership of this place stinks and they have never contacted me after many attempts to contact them. I had to fix front wheel rear axle the radio the starter and water pump . Rating 1 to 10 I give them a 1. More

PURCHASE OF A 2004 MAYBACH - "LEMON" THIS STORE IS AS CLOSE TO A CRIMINAL ENTERPRIZE AS A CAR STORE CAN BE WITHOUT BEING SHUTDOWN FOR FRAUD. I PURCHASED THE MAYBACH - DELIVERY WAS SCREWE THIS STORE IS AS CLOSE TO A CRIMINAL ENTERPRIZE AS A CAR STORE CAN BE WITHOUT BEING SHUTDOWN FOR FRAUD. I PURCHASED THE MAYBACH - DELIVERY WAS SCREWED UP AND CAR WAS FILTHY WWHEN DELIVERED. BOTH BATTERIES WENT DEAD AND A NUMBER OF INTERIOR ITEMS FELL OFF. I WAS CHARGED OVER $1750.OO FOR REGISTRATION IN THE WRONG STATE AND NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND - CHICAGO AUTO PLACE POCKETED THE FUNDS. TRIED TO FIND AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME BUT THE CHARGES WERE MORE THAN THE DAMAGES I KNEW OF AT THAT TIME. LATER FOUND OUT ALL FOUR RIMS WERE DENTED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW TIRES....COST OF $5000 ADDITIONAL. THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS FROM ME OR MY LENDER - HAVE HAD TO JUNK THE CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO GET THE CUSTOMER'S FUNDS!! More
