I have purchased 4 vehicles from Lake Norman Chrysler Dealership and have been very happy with the professional service from Maggie Carrigan and Robin Robinette. Maggie continuously touch bases with me making sure I am happy with my vehicles and always informs me that she is available for any future assistance. I have made several referrals to Maggie because she cares. I have my vehicles serviced at the outstanding service department managed by Robin Robinette. I have rated this dealership as a GREAT place to purchase a vehicle because of my sales person (Maggie Carrigan) being a courteous, professiohnal,knowledgeable and not an aggressive person and because of the wonderful service department. Lake Norman Chrysler is blessed to have Maggie Carrigan and Robin Robinette.

The minute I drove into the service lane, I was welcomed with a pleasant greeting and informed of the monthly specials. Throughout the visit, I was informed of the service that needed to be done on my vehicle, as well as, all the prices. The service did not take as long as I expected it to and the checkout was speedy. Overall my experience with Lake Norman Dodge was very pleasant and I do intend to return for future service needs.

Went in for oil change and to get tires checked. Lake Norman Chrysler's service dept was friendly and very helpful. They even helped me out on the pricing without me asking. The wireless internet access allowed me to get my work done while I waited.
