Having been a loyal client since 2001, my family and I have enjoyed the welcome, care ,expertise and professionalism of the Mercedes Benz of portland, I believe , as one of the general managers of another have enjoyed the welcome, care ,expertise and professionalism of the Mercedes Benz of portland, I believe , as one of the general managers of another auto dealerships expressed: Dr. Z delighted that you are happy with our serviceā¦. We bring you in and it is the service department that keeps the you in. I have been very disappointed at your service department. Among number of other reasons for my disappointments, please allow me to be candid and note unwelcoming and cold customer relations; clarity follow up of customer request and erroneous diagnosis and solution. It appears that there is no clear chain of command. The service advisor that I have worked with claims he is the manager yet another individual is presented as service manager and is confusing as to who is in charge. When customer does not agree with what this gentleman wishes to perform on your auto he abruptly hangs up the phone. Please forgive my negative report on your service department. It is obviously reflects negatively on your entire operation, compromising trust and satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Z More

The Service department spent hundreds of dollars diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and mo diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and most likely Need to be replaced or, in the alternative, the whole engine, at a cost in excess of $5000. I told the service department to stop their diagnosis of the problem. . There is nothing wrong with the engine, running smoothly and without it a problem. I took the GLK to Mike Noble And he hooked up his computer to my car, and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the engine. I demand a refund More
