We went to 4 different car dealers to trade our CRV in for a new car. The experiences were frustrating. The salesmen had No desire to sell a car. Most were unprofessional and at times rude. Our son told for a new car. The experiences were frustrating. The salesmen had No desire to sell a car. Most were unprofessional and at times rude. Our son told us to go to Hemet to Diamond Valley Honda where he bought his car. Upon arrival we meet salesman Rodney Phenice. He told us he would get us the best deal possible. The whole experience was pleasant and comfortable. I will tell friends, neighbors and relatives about Diamond Valley Honda. If you want a great deal, professional and friendly experience go to Diamond Valley Honda. And if you want to meet one of the Best salesman in Southern California, ask for Rodney Phenice! After looking at vehicles for a little wh Rodney Phenice, my salesman, took great care in showing me the vehicles I described as fitting my needs. After looking at vehicles for a little while, I asked Rodney to let me roam around and take another look by myself to think things through. Once I made my decision, we went for a ride, and took care of business. Rodney made "ease of checkout" wonderfully painless. After that, my time with Jeannette Daza, the finance manager, was equally as pleasurable and easy. My entire experience at Diamond Valley Honda was remarkably exceptional. I look forward to a long and friendly business relationship with Diamond Valley Honda. Definitely a 5-star operation! Oh, and I really love my Honda CRV, especially those "flower" wheels! More

I found the vehicle I was looking for by chance. I drove in on a whim. I found what I was looking for, all said a done in and out with my new truck, in 90 minutes.
