I have no problem with Mary Beth the service advisor. She is excellent, is very patient and has knowledge of cars. My problem is with the service department or Ford; I don't know who is at fault. I had two problems and I was told they would correct the problems. So far, the first problem seems corrected, but they made the second problem worst. This car has been in the service department a few times, but it never gets corrected. I had problems with my 2022 Escape that the service department was not able to fix. I traded the 2022 Escape for the 2025 Escape and I have different problems. I have lost faith in Ford products!! More

I’ve been making my Ford car purchases at Londonderry Ford since 2008. I always shop around first to ensure I know what my trade is valued at then I stop in at Londonderry Ford. They have always offered Ford since 2008. I always shop around first to ensure I know what my trade is valued at then I stop in at Londonderry Ford. They have always offered me a great trade in value towards my purchase. Usually has a great inventory, if they don’t have the car you want they’ll find it or order it for you. Sales staff are long term employees which tells me the Dealership takes care of their employees. I had the same salesman, Bob Morissette since I started shopping there. After the sale, he offers great follow up and helps with scheduling service or issues that might come up. I’ve worked with several of the Managers and Finance people over the years and they all are great to work with. They listen to what you want and will follow things through until you’re satisfied. Great Dealership to deal with, I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else. Mike More

Roughly 6 years later, I am back writing another positive review for Bob Morissette and Roger over at Londonderry Ford. In 2018, Bob helped me get into one of my bucket list cars (Shelby GT350), the process review for Bob Morissette and Roger over at Londonderry Ford. In 2018, Bob helped me get into one of my bucket list cars (Shelby GT350), the process back then was very smooth and drama free. He was amazing with my kids and the whole experience was great. After a sour experience building a custom truck at another dealer in 2022 (never even arrived), I just bought what was available. Fast forward to 3/24, I found out the Ford was bringing the Raptor Ranger to the states. I reached out to Bob midafternoon on a Friday in March after reading an article, my son and I went to the dealer the following morning and custom build our Raptor. almost 3 months to the day, we took delivery (last night). Bob was awesome for the entire waiting process, he was keeping me in the loop, ensuring me that things were progressing, answered every one of my annoying paranoid questions and that because he had the allocation, the truck would indeed arrive when he promised it would. It arrived just as Bob said it would. When we arrived to pick the Raptor up, Bob was amazing with my son just like last time and even Roger went above and beyond with my son during the purchase process. That speaks volumes to me about the character of an individual and this is why I continue to be pleased with everyone at Londonderry Ford. Bob, thank you again for another bucket list vehicle for me, I've been waiting patiently since 2009 for my Raptor. More
