Once you have the opportunity to deal with Daryn Turner you would not want to deal with another sales person or dealership. I just purchased my 2014 Ford Escape from him and I was very happy not only with the overall customer service and friendliness as I was with his caring personality for his customer. Daryn's goal is to make his customers 100% happy both with their vehicle, as I am, and also with his sales experience, which I can attest to that. Daryn's attention to his customer does not stop after the sales is final, I can always reach out to him whenever I have a particular question regarding my vehicle...he always makes time for his customer. "The Best"

Hi I bought my F150 supercab from londonderry Ford and met with. Lee Turner and I told him what I was insterested in and he pointed me in the direction with no pressure at all I would send anybody I know looking for any vehicle and tell them ask for Lee Turner he is the sale rep. you want to deal with because he know's his vehicle inside and out and show you he care when dealing with you and that what it all about no HASSLE Thanks Lee Your the best in my book. "OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!"

My husband and I have shopped around for a new truck for a while. We've visited and spoken with various dealerships. Buying a vehicle can be extremely painful... what you see online isn't what ends up as being factual once you see the vehicle in person. And, you often find salespeople to be quick and only interested in selling you whatever they can get their hands on. All of this couldn't be further from the truth in dealing with Ford of Londonderry. Our salesperson, Raul Pereira was truly THE best. He is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and focused on what OUR needs were. We could tell immediately he was an honest person that cared about his customers and he went above and beyond our expectations. The sales manager, Dave Ferrand equally exceeded our expectations. He and Raul were a great team and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, not rushed and happy with the vehicle and service. Even after our purchase, Raul called to share thoughts he had about a truck cover we were considering. He wanted to make sure we had all the facts before making a decision. This level of care and service isn't often seen in this industry, and I commend him for his level of professionalism and for the leadership Dave has developed with his team. I would never shop anywhere else. P.S. Don't be fooled by the appearance of Dave's hard outer shell. He's kind of like an egg. Hard on the outside, very soft on the inside :)

"Hassle free service"

My first experience with Londonderry Ford was very pleasant- no pressure, no hassle, just good, honest service all around. I left feeling confident that I bought a good vehicle at a fair price. My salesman Art was very knowledgeable about the product and never once tried to push us push us into buying. The financing was also quick and easy with an excellent interest rate to boot.

"Don't let size fool you"

I had been looking for a Ford Edge Sport for about 3 weeks, and had been to about 8 Ford dealerships. I was in new Hampshire and stopped at Londonderry Ford because they had a couple of Edge's n stock and wanted to check out the colors. I was met by salesman Art Bauer, who showed me the cars and all the information I needed with no pressure. I never thought a small Ford dealership would be able to come close to the price I was looking to pay for the new Edge and also give me a fair trade in for my 2011 Explorer. I was wrong! Within 90 minutes of arriving at the dealership I had a deal that my wife and I could live with and had a great experience. Just goes to show that the best deal might be a place you don't expect. Thanks to Art for making the this an easy decision. The whole dealership had great people working there.

"2015 Mustang Purchase"

I saw on the internet the car I wanted right down to color and options. I set an appointment to test drive the car. When my wife and I arrived at the dealer we were met at the door by Bob Morissette our sales associate. Bob showed us the car, went over it's features and then we went out on a test drive. After the test drive we sat down and went over the car and our impressions. We discussed price and finalized the deal. Through the whole process we felt no pressure was placed on us to purchase. The whole process and the people with whom we dealt with left us with the knowledge and comfort that we were making the right decision to purchase the vehicle.

"Need a car. This is the place to go. Best experience I had."

This was the best experience I have ever had. I loved the no pressure buying Raul worked within my budget and I ended up upgrading to a better vehicle. Go see Raul !!! He made me feel very comfortable through out the whole buying experience. You felt like you were in control the whole time and not being pressured to buy. Raul worked his but off getting the numbers we wanted to be within. Thanks Raul.

"Not your average car buying experience - MUCH BETTER! "

Went into Ford of Londonderry just to look and see what sparked my interest. Several days later, I ended up driving away with a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. What happened? Their hospitality won me over. Yes, I liked the Fusion, and its 42 MPG avg, over the Nissan Altima I've been eyeing for several weeks. But what won me over was the shopping experience. Bruce connected with me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very informative, answered all my questions and ultimately addressed all my concerns. They did not just sell me a car, they gave me their assurance that they were there for me in case anything came up with the vehicle in the future. He proudly showed me their service dept and how they treat their new customers into the Ford family. I look forward to servicing my vehicle there for routine maintenance. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone not only looking for a good deal, but to be taken care of.

"Most laid back car buying experience ever!"

Excellent experience with Geoff Bates! He is very nice and funny and made the car buying process quite simple and relaxing. He doesn't try to push anything on you and lets the deal take it course which always works out better that way. All of the staff at this dealership were friendly and polite. Highly recommend!!!

"Certified Edge"

Overall a great experience. Only complaint was that after we took the vehicle, we discovered one key wouldn't work, and it had a leaky tire. They fixed both issues free of charge, but had to go back twice and wait over an hour. Would have thought these would have been caught pre-sale
