From the time he first asked for the keys to my Accord for trade-in appraisal purposes to the last article he helped transfer to my new Accord at close to midnight (due to my time constraints as a caregiver), I found Roland to be very knowledgeable, considerate, polite, efficient, upbeat, and accommodating. He, his sales manager, Kurt Gonzalez, and Stephanie, Finance Specialist, went "beyond the call" after hours to enable me to complete the purchase of two cars in the same night. Very impressive! Past experience's purchasing a car left much to be desired and we were initially hesitant to begin our search for a much needed new car. But Roland made us comfortable right from the beginning and made the entire process enjoyable. He answered all our questions about the car and helped us choose appropriate extra's based on our own personal needs. Thank God we took Roland's advice/explanation of the Honda Navigation System and selected to have it factory installed rather than using our smartphones as plug-ins...we would have hated doing that each and every time we drive. We are very satisfied with the Honda Fit and it is because of Roland that we made such an excellent choice. THANKS ROLAND! More
