We discussed the different models I was interested in. He gave me his honest opinion on each one of them and answered all my questions appropriately. I was able to test drive the model I decided on and knew I was going to get it right there and then. Ronald helped me figure out what features I needed and was very patient doing multiple searches to make sure I was presented with all the options of cars that had what I wanted.  Ronald's professionalism definitely made the process a smooth one!
