Blown Away in Amazement!!! I am super picky with customer service and I never ever write reviews so this is a big deal I am taking the time to do this...I am stunned with how mu I am super picky with customer service and I never ever write reviews so this is a big deal I am taking the time to do this...I am stunned with how much this place has stepped up their A Game...You went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations....With not overall incredible pricing on a oil change, but just overall taking care of me and treating me like I was part of your family. Thanks again!! Whoever says anything negative should be ashamed of themselves and needs some help. More

Absolutely awful!!! Nvr buy a car a night/dark. Sold me a car with mixed match tires, 2 Yokohama's and 2 Toyo's. The Toyo's were cupping, prior to selling the car should Nvr buy a car a night/dark. Sold me a car with mixed match tires, 2 Yokohama's and 2 Toyo's. The Toyo's were cupping, prior to selling the car should have had 4 new matching tires all the way around, paint on the rear left side of the car. The salesperson Christopher told me if it doesn't wash off bring it back and he would have the car detailed. The car should have already been detailed prior to selling. The engine harness had been eaten by rodents while the car sat on their lot for 6 1/2 mins prior to me purchasing and they blamed the rodent damage on me. Their lot sit in a rat infested area!!! Look at it. My car had an oil leak. I took it back twice before they fixed the problem. They tried to tell me there wasn't a leak when the car continued to leak in my driveway. They sold the car to me with an open recall on the brakes, (a NO NO)! They kept my car for 10 days for the recall. This recall had been out well before the car was sold to me. Clearly this car was not certify before selling. More

Not good at all Took my car in for maintenance, I got my car back and my garage clicker was missing and the gentleman told me they don’t touch personal belongings. This is ridiculous every visit over there is horrible not saying that everyone has bad customer service over there but the service department is just awful I hope this gets to someone to change things and help me get my clicker back. More

Fantastic Experience with Resty and Infiniti Van Nuys I've had a lot of problems since leasing my QX80 with the battery dying 4 times in just one year. I've taken it into the service shop at various Infin I've had a lot of problems since leasing my QX80 with the battery dying 4 times in just one year. I've taken it into the service shop at various Infiniti repair shops, and Resty was incredible. He was the first one to run a diagnostic check that found the problem on why the the battery was being drained. He ordered the part and the car was fixed in 2 days Super happy with Resty and infiniti Van Nuys (even though I didn't get a loaner car or a ride) More

Outstanding Customer Service! I was treated like family! I was immediately greeted as I stepped out of my car and offered a water. I was asked about my day and how they could help I was treated like family! I was immediately greeted as I stepped out of my car and offered a water. I was asked about my day and how they could help make it better. They instantly diagnosed my car, walked me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. I have never been treated better from any other service center! I love Infiniti of Van Nuys and I will never service my car any place else! More
