I REALLY ENJOYED THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF ALI HE WAS EXCELLENT,GREAT,WORK ETHICS SO STRONG I WAS VERY IMPRESSED I REALLY ENJOYED THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF ALI HE WAS EXCELLENT,GREAT,WORK ETHICS SO STRONG I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND ON THE MOVE NEVER STOPPED SHOWING ME CAR'S AND HIS TECHY SKILL'S WOW!!!!! SHOWED ME HOW TO HOLD DOWN OPEN POSITION TO ROLL WINDOWS UP AND DOWN WALKED ME THROUGH THE SET UP OF A BLUE TOOTHE I WAS SO VERY IMPRESSED FROM 1 TO 10 I WOULD HAVE TO ADD EXTRA ZERO'S. I WOULD LIKE A CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL FOR A GENERAL HIGHER UP IN THE CHAIN TO LET THEM KNOW .. Bad customer service I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was ti I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was tired I was dealing with 1 salesmen and had another on continuous interrupt our conversation I asked him to stop and I was told I'm a drunk no I don't drink but the medication I'm on may make you think it he got pretty nasty with me and I had to let him know I'm a disabled vet and I'm not going to deal with this I wanted to just get out of there and go to another dealer but a employee Roscoe stopped me and told me don't worry about them he'll take care of me and he did and I ended up getting my car but thy he rest of the staff has no customer service experience at all More
