He spent the better part of his afternoon with us and was great answering all of our questions. Was patient in finding common ground on a deal, bouncing back and forth with the finance team. Lance is definitely the reason we came back to Valley, but really appreciate how kind the whole staff is, from reception to the service team. Also enjoyed working with Rose on completing the final paperwork for our new Pilot. Overall, it really feels like Valley appreciates their employees and the customer (sadly not all dealerships are this way), but this will keep us coming back to Valley for sure! More

The facility and amenities were great, especially the kids room and the TV screen outside of the room that allowed us to monitor our children. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. My husband and I both agree that this was the most positive and least stressful car buying experience we’ve had. We would definitely come back! More
