We love Ross Wear. He is the best ! My family always keeps at least two Caddy vehicles. Two years ago, the service team in Barrington dropped the ball for a few times. Before we make the change, the new service team rebuilt the service quality. Since then, Ross Wear is our service advisor. He is awesome. Our family's safety depends on the reliable vehicle. Every time I bring the vehicle back for service, I feel my car is on the safe hand. There are other famous brand of vehicle out there. It's not exaggerated, we keep using Caddy because of the fantastic service team. More
