Excellent customer service. Everyone I spoke with had a smile on there face. Being a first time buyer it made me feel comfortable knowing I was going to be taken care of. I found the truck on Facebook and Roy messaged me about it. I got to the dealership and once I met him I felt like we had been friends forever. You can tell he really loves his job and actually cares for people, which says a lot being a car salesman. He made the whole car buying experience fast and simple. Whenever I am in the need, or a friend, or family member needs a car I will 100% tell them to go to Mel Hambelton and ask for Roy!! More
