Prompt and courteous service. Waiting time was not too long, although the waiting area was not as comfortable as some other service centers. This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. I bought my vehicle here and bought tire and wheel insurance and they made it easy. Communication Overall I like the dealership. However, the communication really needs to be worked on. I have know Idea if my car has been picked up i have no idea i Overall I like the dealership. In general I have absolutely NOOOOOOOO idea what has happened with my car since it's been at your ship since the 15th. I call leave message i send texts messages and none of my message are returned. So at this point i'm NOT happy with my experience. More
