Rudy was really great with us . We had called earlier and talked. He said he had the perfect car for us and he was right. Everyone there was really friendly from the salesman to the finance officers. They guy who helped me set up the Ford app on the phone. Rudy went beyond the call to help get this car for us. He answered his phone every time. We were never put on hold. He always had time to visit and answer our calls. He stayed late because my husband didn’t get off till 3:30. Sure enough he was there waiting for us. Thanks ever so much More
