I was a VIP at Coulter Nissan I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufactu I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufacturer warranty. They rented me a car to drive while mine was being repaired. They pulled the rental car up with a fresh wash, a full tank of gas and a bottle of water waiting for me. It doesn't sound like much but it was the sentiment that meant so much. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I literally felt like I was a relative of the dealership owner! I would recommend this service department to everyone and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service that may be needed.
