Due to the Covid-19 this is the 1st time I ever purchased a car online. You are really at the mercy of the dealership to be upfront and honest about the car. After receiving my car which was shipped over 500 a car online. You are really at the mercy of the dealership to be upfront and honest about the car. After receiving my car which was shipped over 500 miles I was very pleased with the appearance of the car and so far it’s drivability. 1 day and counting, looking forward to enjoying our new used car. Only down side was the scratches not being addressed inside on the door sills. Otherwise working with Russell Lawrentz was a great experience and yes I would do it again. Thanks Russell. More

For those waiting for service, the waiting area is very nice. The best part of our experience was working with Russell. Russell was very professional, friendly and spent a lot of time working with us, without high pressure. He let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted to drive, just kept pulling them out for us if we wanted to see something different. After landing one we wanted to buy, the process was quick, they found us an excellent interest rate, and they were very accommodating. If we ever buy another Lexus in the future, Russell has won our future business. Thank you, Russell! Also a shout out to Eric, who was great. We bought during COVID, but he stood by the vehicle and walked us through some key features, got our cell phones set up and was very helpful. Thanks, Eric! More
